Our mission : develop projects that are useful, not just visible
Since 2019, Vivinnov has been supporting entrepreneurs who have chosen to do business differently. What do they have in common ? A desire to make an impact. A desire to structure their growth without compromising their mission. And often, a lack of resources to take the next step.
We are neither an incubator nor an agency. We are a project team. An operational task force, made up of complementary profiles, which intervenes to structure, support and accelerate – without bullshit, without empty promises.
Our mission ? To enable committed project leaders to lay solid foundations, based on a co-piloting approach rather than dependency.
Who we do it for
We give priority support to :
- Founders of impact start-ups in the seed or structuring phase
- Solo founders or small teams that lack manpower, perspective, or methodology
- Hybrid projects (social entrepreneurship, social and solidarity economy, tech for good, etc.) with a clear vision but a fragile go-to-market strategy
- Entrepreneurs who want to bring in temporary help without necessarily recruiting

What we do (in practical terms)
Vivinnov intervenes for 2 to 4 months, during specific phases :
- Clarification of positioning (value, target, differentiation)
- Structure of the offer and commercial system
- Acquisition strategy without an advertising budget

Our method is based on tools designed in-house, highly operational support and an extended team approach.
What we observe in the field
- Many impact project leaders have a clear vision... but few resources to implement it.
- Support is available, but it is complex, disjointed, or inaccessible without assistance.
- Many consulting services remain too strategic, too generic, or disconnected from the field.
- The feeling of loneliness is a major obstacle to structuring.
